SSTG Santai Futsal Tournament

On December 7, 2024, Forfit had the honor of being appointed by Sapura Secured Technologies Group to manage their SSTG Santai Futsal Tournament. The event was hosted at Futsal Hub @ Sunsuria Avenue, situated in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Forfit oversaw all aspects of the tournament’s planning and execution, meticulously coordinating every detail to ensure a seamless experience. Given the possibility of an appearance by Sapura’s esteemed Chairman, Tan Sri Shahril, Forfit went above and beyond to prepare. Special attention was paid to event setups, refreshments, corridor decorations, and even the provision of eight portable luxury restrooms to maintain the highest standards.

The two-month preparation process involved end-to-end management of various elements, including venue arrangements, setup design, futsal technical formats, event jerseys, mini-games, catering, and the day’s itinerary. Forfit’s dedication ensured a polished and professional outcome.

Our IT and media partner, Visiolab, played a pivotal role on the event day, ensuring a seamless registration process and providing comprehensive media coverage. Their expertise contributed significantly to the event’s success.

The tournament was a resounding success, highlighted by a mid-event visit from Tan Sri Shahril, whose presence was met with enthusiasm from attendees. The event concluded with a spirited competition, and the team from the PGCEO department emerged as champions, marking a memorable finale to an exceptional day.
