Rules & Regulations
ELIGIBILITY
- Forfit Merdeka Design Contest is open to all Malaysians starting from the age of 18 year old.
REGISTRATION
- The registration application can be obtained from: forfit.my/merdekadesigncontest
- All participants must use the given TIF file to apply their design. Each submission is required to use the theme of Independence Day.
- Forfit logo is compulsory to be placed at the right chest.
- Only one (1) submission per individual.
REQUIREMENTS
- Designers must not use offensive features such as, politics, racism, and religious beliefs.
COMPETITION PERIOD

Forfit Merdeka Contest begins on July 5th, 2024 and the registration will be closed on July 31st, 2024.

All artworks must be submitted by July 30th, 2024 at 11:59PM UTC+8.
TERMS AND CONDITION
- Entries must adhere to copyright laws. Therefore, all graphics and multimedia components used in the contest must have been granted permission before using the file.
- All entries will become the property of Forfit, Forfit reserves the right to determine any action as a result of participation. The royalty will be determined by the winner after the contest if the entry is used for profiting.
- Any violation of the rules given by Forfit, participants will be immediately disqualified from the contest.

What is the registration fee?
The registration fee for the contest is RM10.
What should the design include?

Where can I get the design template?
The design template file will be available for download after you complete the registration and payment process.
How do I submit my design?
Submit your completed design to t.me/forfitmy. Rename the file with your name as registered.
When is the deadline for submissions?
The deadline for design submissions is on the 31st of July 2024. Make sure to submit your design before the deadline to be considered.
How will the winners be selected?
Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and how well the design embodies the spirit of Merdeka. A panel of judges from Forfit® will review all submissions, and the public will vote on our social media from 1st to 4th August 2024.
When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced on 5th August 2024. Keep an eye on the contest page and our social media channels for updates.
